My name is Christoph Göth, and I am a street photographer from Switzerland. My passion for photography began in 2003 when I experimented with an HP digital camera, primarily using it to document my travels and holidays.
In 2017, with the impending birth of my first child, I decided to invest more seriously in photography. Aside from capturing better family photos, I grew increasingly interested in photography as an art form. By 2018, I had ventured into architecture photography due to my fascination with structures, forms, and patterns. It wasn't long before I discovered street photography and began incorporating more people into my images.
Since 2019, I have devoted myself entirely to street photography, gradually learning to capture the essence of urban interactions. Many of my photographs are in black and white, emphasizing light, structure, and patterns. However, more recent work includes color to highlight the emotional and human elements.
